Project facts
Bags leaving the filling line reach the robot on a roller conveyor. The Nachi palletizing robot picks each bag with its gripper and places it on the pallet in the stacking pattern.
The cell is monitored and controlled with our own interface running on a Siemens operator panel; the emergency stop and start / stop buttons sit on the same panel.
