Robotic Palletizing
Increase your productivity with robotic palletizing lines: products are stacked on pallets automatically, worker fatigue and error rates drop.

Palletizing is an important part of logistics in production plants; manual palletizing, however, is time-consuming, repetitive and harmful to workers' health. Robotic palletizing lines place products on pallets automatically and give your plant a serious advantage.
Our cells use 5-axis palletizing robots reaching up to 1000 cycles per hour for bags, boxes and crates. Two pallet stations mean a pallet change never stops production; safety laser scanners allow a fenceless, compact cell design.
A camera reads the orientation of incoming products and passes it to the robot; the pallet pattern is selected on the HMI, no engineer is needed for a new product. Depalletizing applications can be solved in the same cell.
