Two ABB palletizing robots working in side-by-side cells stack bags of different products from the filling line onto their own pallets.
Bags of two different products coming from the filling line had to be palletized at the same time, without mixing them up and in a neat stacking pattern.
In each cell an ABB palletizing robot picks the bags with its fork-type gripper and stacks them on the pallet in a defined pattern. The two cells run independently and simultaneously with different products, and both are enclosed by safety fencing.
