How we work
Mechanics, electrics, robot and vision software come from the same engineering team; the interfaces are designed to fit from day one.
We study your line on site and define the cycle target, constraints and success criteria together.
DetailsWe design the cell and simulate it with real robot software, validating the cycle time before going on site.
DetailsCells, conveyors and grippers are built in our own workshop; one team develops the robot, PLC and vision software.

Details3D layout design
Robots, conveyors, pallet flow, safety fencing and operator areas are planned together in a 3D layout model, so the line can be reviewed in full detail and approved before installation. The image shows the layout model of a robotic palletizing line we designed.
