Programming
From robot and PLC programs to the desktop software that runs the line, we develop all of a line's software as one team.

We program ABB, KUKA, FANUC and Nachi robots and Siemens and Beckhoff PLCs. Because the robot and PLC programs come from the same team, the signals and recipes between them are designed together from the start, and no time is lost during commissioning making code from different hands fit together. Settings the operator needs to change, such as the product recipe, speed and pallet pattern, are managed from the HMI.
We develop the desktop applications running on the computers at the line ourselves and adapt them to the needs of each line. At vision stations our Pi-Vision software evaluates the camera image and reports the OK/NOK decision to the PLC; on palletizing lines our line management interface reads the product type from the barcode, routes the job to the right robot and shows the whole line on one screen. Production counters, trend charts, reports and database and ERP connections are part of the software, and the applications communicate with PLCs and robots without delay over our own UDP-based protocol.
We prepare programs with offline programming and simulation before going on site, which shortens commissioning. We deliver the complete source code and documentation, and once the line is running, the same team is there when a new product needs to be added or a program changed.
