When building a robotic facility we treat every stage separately, designing and manufacturing each with surgical precision.
Cell frames, conveyors, fixtures, grippers and guarding are built in our own workshop. Welded constructions are verified within tolerance after measurement; moving parts are assembled and tested unloaded and under load.
Gripper design uses product-specific vacuum, mechanical or hybrid solutions; with 3D printing for rapid prototyping, first trials happen within days.
