Data Collection
Data collection in production is the first thing to address to prevent large losses during manufacturing.
Data from PLCs, robot controllers, cameras and sensors is collected over OPC UA / MQTT and written to a database with timestamps. OEE (availability, performance, quality), downtime reasons and defect distributions are monitored on live dashboards.
The data is used for decisions, not only for reports: quality data feeds deep-learning models, downtime data shapes the maintenance plan.
