Design

The first step before any investment is designing the project correctly; a wrong first step hurts operational efficiency in the future.

In the design phase, product data, target cycle time, existing layout and future capacity growth are evaluated together. Mechanical design is done in 3D CAD; robot reach and collision checks are validated with simulation.

Electrical and pneumatic schematics, safety risk assessment (ISO 12100, ISO 10218) and CE documentation are part of the design. Manufacturing starts after customer approval.

Fenceless end-of-line palletizing cell with a safety scanner. The camera reads bag orientation and label and passes them to the robot; faulty bags go to a reject bin and the line keeps running while a full pallet is changed.
