Control Panels
We design the PLC and power panels that run robot cells and lines, build them in our own workshop and commission them on site.
Panel design starts from the needs of the cell: the PLC and I/O modules, robot and drive power supplies, safety circuits and power distribution are planned together, and the electrical project and schematics are prepared at this stage.
We assemble and wire the panel in our own workshop. Before shipping we test it together with the PLC program, so only field wiring and commissioning remain on site.
Because the same team prepares the panel and the PLC software, the schematics, I/O list and program are delivered consistent with each other, and you have a single point of contact for faults or changes.
