Projects
From robot cells to machine vision stations: a selection of projects we designed and commissioned.
15 projects
Palletizing VideoStelrad · Heating
We commissioned a robotic palletizing cell on a panel radiator production line, together with the operator interface that monitors the line.
ABB Robot · Palletizing · Operator Interface · Conveyor
Handling & Tending VideoElba · Heating
ABB robots fitted with grippers of our own design pick camera-located panel radiators off the roller conveyor and carry them.
ABB Robot · Gripper Design · Roller Conveyor · Semantic Segmentation · Line Management Interface
Machine Vision VideoPaşabahçe · Glass
Our machine vision software locates the glass bowls on the belt; the robot picks them off the belt with its multi-cup vacuum gripper.
Robotics · Machine Vision · Vacuum Gripper
Machine Vision VideoABB · Robotics & Automation
The camera finds the position and rotation of randomly placed parts; the robot uses this to pick them one by one.
ABB Robot · Camera · Position & Angle Detection · Operator Interface
Machine VisionMetalworking
The flange type (DN50, DN80…) is identified by shape matching and its centre and bolt holes are found; the robot's target angle and position are calculated with millimetre precision.
HALCON · Shape-Based Matching · Hole Detection · Robot Target Coordinates
PalletizingBaderans · Construction Chemicals
Two ABB palletizing robots stack bags of different products onto their own pallets in two side-by-side cells.
ABB Palletizing Robot · Bag Gripper · Safety Fencing
Handling & Tending VideoArçelik · Home Appliances
In a fenced robot cell an ABB robot picks parts and feeds them to the processing station using the position correction measured by the camera.
ABB Robot · Machine Tending · Camera-Based Position Correction · Safety Fencing
Palletizing VideoSafir Tuz · Food
A Nachi palletizing robot stacks salt bags from the filling line onto pallets; the cell runs on our own operator interface.
Nachi Robot · Siemens HMI · Roller Conveyor
Quality Inspection VideoTeknik Malzeme · Automotive
As headrests pass through the camera tunnel, our deep learning software inspects each one and makes an instant OK/NOK decision.
Deep Learning · Quality Inspection · Conveyor
Quality InspectionAkplas · Plastics
The plastic part's shape, notches and grille area are inspected by camera; our software sends an OK/NOK decision for every part to the PLC.
Multi-Camera Inspection · Notch Measurement · PLC Communication · Operator Interface
Quality Inspection VideoHyundai · Automotive
Hole positions at four points on a car door are measured by camera; the deviation is reported on two axes in millimetres and tracked in trend charts.
Camera-Based Measurement · 4 Measuring Points · Trend Charts · Operator Interface
Palletizing VideoClever Polymers · Construction Chemicals
An ABB palletizing robot stacks construction chemical bags from the filling line onto the pallet layer by layer.
ABB Palletizing Robot · Fork Gripper · Safety Fencing
Palletizing VideoDekan Boya · Paints & Construction Chemicals
An ABB palletizing robot stacks bags from the filling line onto two pallet stations.
ABB Palletizing Robot · Bag Gripper · Operator Panel
PalletizingŞenpiliç · Food
At the end of the line, ABB robots stack packed product cases onto pallets in neat layers.
Palletizing · Robotics · Food
Control PanelsElectrical & Automation
Design, assembly and wiring of the PLC and power panel that runs a robot cell.
PLC · Power Distribution · Wiring
