ERP–PLC Automation
Two-way integration of shop-floor data with ERP: work orders go down to the PLC, production and quality data go up to ERP.

In ERP–PLC integration, work orders, recipes and product parameters are transferred from ERP to the line automatically; produced quantities, scrap, downtime and quality results flow back in real time. Paper-based production tracking disappears.
We connect to systems such as SAP, Logo and Netsis over OPC UA, MQTT and REST services. For high-speed PLC–PC communication we use our own UDP-based protocol; the camera decision reaches the PLC in milliseconds.
