Remote Meter Reading
With remote meter reading, electricity, water, gas and production meters are read and reported without human intervention.
Mechanical and digital meters are read by camera (OCR); communicating meters are connected over Modbus / M-Bus. Consumption data is passed to the energy management system; alarms are raised for abnormal consumption and leaks.
Camera-based reading digitizes the whole facility without replacing old meters.
