The challenge
Every headrest had to be inspected visually without stopping the flow of the line, its label information had to be verified, and the results had to be recorded for traceability.
Our solution
The headrests hang on carriers on the conveyor and pass through the camera tunnel. On the trigger signal the cameras capture the headrest from several angles, and its label is read as well.
Our deep learning software evaluates the images and makes an OK/NOK decision for every headrest. New products are taught to the system with the teaching modes in the interface; total production and OK counts, statistics and logs are monitored on the same screen.
