Quality Inspection

In textile, glass and metal it is hard to model defects mathematically: for different colors, patterns and surfaces, the classical approach needs a program covering many cases, and adding a new model means updating the software. The ideal approach for such cases is deep learning.

PIROBOTIK Quality Check uses classical methods (advanced filtering, segmentation, measurement) and deep learning techniques at the same time. The end user can introduce their own defect type with a few examples; the system separates defective products automatically.

The program offers shape defect detection, dimensional checks (diameter, width, size), digital I/O, database logging, traceability, reporting and charting, and Industry 4.0 / IIoT compatibility.
