Construction chemical bags leaving the filling machine had to be palletized in a neat, stable stack at the end of the line.
Bags reach the robot cell on a conveyor. The ABB palletizing robot picks each bag with its fork-type gripper and places it on the pallet layer by layer according to the defined pattern. The cell is enclosed by safety fencing.
