Pi Robotik provides effective solutions to eliminate missing and incorrect parts errors in assembly lines. It ensures finished product quality with advanced imaging and sensor applications.

Due to the small size of the image sensor that performs completeness control and the newly developed lens structure, stable detection with a wide field of view is possible even when the sensor is mounted close to the part where the sensor assembly is made.

Looking at the presence of orange clips on the part, two different products are checked on the test table and it is shown that the positions of the clips are different. By making a "Product Selection" from the program we are controlling, previously recorded locations for the model are checked.

After the user fixes the material to the table, they attach all the clips to it, and then press the push button on the side to check all the clips.

At this stage, the program closes the clamps to keep the part stationary, takes a picture of the part, and performs the necessary checks.

If all the clips are attached, an OK electrical signal output will be generated and the clamps will be opened. If some clips are not attached, it will give an NOK signal and show the user the locations of the missing clips. The system will not open the clamps until all the clips are attached. This way, missing or faulty products are prevented from being shipped.
