"PIROBOTIK Quality Check" is an artificial vision application that performs camera-based quality control operations. The purpose of the application is to allow users to teach the system about sound and faulty products and enable the system to automatically detect sound and faulty products. This application is typically used in sectors such as textiles, glass, and metals, where it is difficult to mathematically model errors due to high variability.

The application uses both traditional image processing methods, such as advanced image processing techniques, filtering, segmentation, and selection, and deep learning techniques to detect and classify errors. Deep learning is the ideal approach in situations where traditional methods fail to capture the full range of possible scenarios.

-Detecting shape defects, measurement errors, diameter, width, and size

-Checks using deep learning

-Database recording, traceability, and reporting
